All staff very welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in, but special mention to Simon who assisted us in finding our perfect mattress, all thanks to his excellent knowledge and extreme patience (during my indecisiveness!). His calm and friendly manner put us at ease straight away. Refreshments were offered, he allowed us to take as much time as needed to try our chosen mattresses and also gave us time to discuss comfortably alone. We felt under no pressure at all in his company. We will definitely be returning in future!

Our experience at dreams was an absolute pleasure. After putting off buying a new mattress for many years due to financial changes and motivation, we finally plucked up the courage to take a look around. Alun at the Caerphilly store was friendly and approachable and he helped us find our perfect mattress that fitted both our needs and our price range. We were offered refreshments upon our visit, along with a play with the SleepMatch Mattress. The SleepMatch system was a fun and enjoyable experience that narrowed down our mattress needs which brought our investigation for our perfect mattress to a close much quicker than anticipated. Alun wasn’t your typical pushy salesman; he was knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable, and gave us space to make our decision on what the best option for us was. Steve the manager introduced himself and was also at hand to give us the best deal on the warranty that we also purchased. Thank you both for your help, when we are due to upgrade a mattres, we will be at your store for your help again.

Simon was extremely patient and thorough and totally knew his stuff. Myself and my mother-in-law felt that all our questions were answered and Simon gave top customer service. We are extremely happy with our purchase and confident that the products bought will be suitable and will change the way my mother in law currently sleeps.

Shopped at dreams for the third time in 6 years All mattresses and needs are still in out house and we just bought a new mattress for our baby room which I’ll be sleeping in with the baby for a few months - mattress is super comfy and will probably be fine to use as a proper bed when the baby grows up :-) out other son has our old dreams mattress on his bed and always says “nice and comfy” he’s 2 :-)

We were shown to the bed as soon as we came in to give recommendations on suitable mattresses , I found this helpful although we did eventually pick a mattress not on the list. Simon was very knowledgable and helped us choose the perfect mattress for us . The purchase process was also swift and efficient.
