The selection of beds & friendly,knowable staff were very good

We visited the Caerphilly showroom with little idea of what we were looking for. Steve took the time to talk to us and explain how the sleep match system worked and the advantages of using it. He explained the results and showed us a selection of mattresses leaving us plenty of time to try them all out. Once we had made our selection he showed us the selection of bases that suited our needs and the appropriate headboards. Overall he made our visit a pleasant and successful one. Without his help we could have been overwhelmed by the number of products on offer. Congratulations to Dreams for helping us make our new bedroom perfect.

Sales advisor Dee was very attentive and friendly. We were shown a variety of beds to suit us and Dee was knowledgeable on all of these, we didn’t realise there was so much involved in choosing a mattress!
