Dreams - Caerphilly

The staff were extremely helpful and patient from the start (It took us 2 weeks to decide upon our final purchase!). They were informative but not pushy with their sales manner. They allowed us to take as much time as we needed for us to make a decision on our final purchase.

The staff, Dee at the Caerphilly store, was very friendly with very good product knowledge

the sales assistant Alun who helped us was knowledgable and helpful. he took is through choosing the correct mattress and pillows. he helped us to make a good purchase but did so without making us feel pressurised to buy that day.

We had assistance from a store member called Alan. He was super friendly and helpful throughout and also very open to listening to all our specific needs. We never felt pressured by Alan and he even gave us a free bottle of water - which was lovely as it was such a hot day! We were also spoken to by the store manager who checked on us during our visit. He was also very nice and we felt very taken care of by the staff at Dreamz in Caerphilly, South Wales. The products at Dreams are incredible and I am very excited for my chosen bed and mattress to be delivered in less than 2 weeks!! I feel I am matched well to the mattress (by the sleep match technology) and by me sharing my preferences with Alan. Superb customer service!

Steve was brilliant when we came to choose our bed he knew the mattress we needed & was correct.

Greeted straight away, took us to the products we were looking for, demonstrated how to use the ottoman bed and checked our product was in stock before committing then being let down

Went in shop with a specific sleeping problem to do with the mattress. We discussed the issue with a member of staff. He was very helpful took the problems on board. After a short time he had come up with an answer to our problem.

Simon, the man who helped us buy our mattress was very up front and clear about the benefits of different types of mattresses which made choosing a mattress very easy and straightforward.

The staff were very friendly yet professional. Explained everything to myself & how the finance plan would work etc
