Dreams - Caerphilly

Simon greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were looking for a bed for my Daughter, who is very fussy but he never rushed her. He took the time to find out what she wanted and tried his best to find a suitable bed and mattress.

we had already visited two other bed centres, finally ending up at DREAMS CAerphilly. What a difference! We were greeted by Alun at the door he encouraged us to follow all the covid rules and invited to take a mattress test he offered us pillows and made sure they had clean paper coverings on them. He was polite and inviting without being pushy. After the test he showed us to the most suitable beds and we tested them. We were given ample time to make choices and were then taken to the check out desk. We were met by a friendly polite team and offered bottled water in case we were thirsty (we were wearing masks). We were further offered insurance, a pillow and duvet package, all without feeling harrassed. This was a whole lot more professional and pleasant experience compared with the previous two shops and we would like to congratulate you on your excellent staff......ALUN. What a gem you have in him!!!!

Alun was very helpful in asking what problems I have with sleeping, I went on the bed that suggests the best bed for my needs. Alun was helpful in describing the product and giving me time to make my choice out of the two I picked. No rushing with the sales just genuine interest in what is suitable for my comfort and good sleep. Very happy with my bed quilt and pillow.

She found me exactly what I needed and managed to get it in the clearance section so it was within my budget and I wouldn’t have to wait long to have it delivered

We were greeted with a smile as we entered the store. Dee was very aware of health and safety and was very concerned about me since I suffer with breathing.

Always bought from Dreams Assistant David was very attentive to my needs as l was selecting a mattress and getting around showing me different ones.I told him that bedroom furniture was being delivered on 3rd June so he got same delivery for mattress saying l wouldn't have to wait in for separate delivery on a different day which l thought was quite caring

I went into dreams purely to loop at a bed I have seen online and ended up buying the bed plus 3 mattresses while there! The staff were extremely helpful and I felt completely confident placing my order there and then.

David, Caerphilly Store, was our Sales Assistance. David was very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and not pushy at all. We felt very comfortable with him. Offered us water due and checked if we were ok instore due to the regulations with 2 mtr rule re: covid. Very nice man, credit to the Caerphilly Store. The items instore are more than enough for the floor space. Downside is not all mattresses instock even though the label states they are. but this is down to the Covid times I suppose

Dee was amazing! She found me wandering aimlessly around the store and was extremely helpful. I ended up spending far more than planned which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case with another member of staff.

From the moment we walked into the store we felt welcomed. Steve came over to ask if he could help us but not pushy we where free to look around and then place our order
