My first time buying my own bed and Dee was so helpful! I tried out a few mattresses, we stuck to my price limit and managed to pick up extras alongside too! There was no rush to get out of the store and was encouraged to spend the time testing mattresses to get the best one. My nephew (2) was with me for the visit, and she even allowed him to use the bathroom (which I wasn’t expecting) and she was very accommodating for us both.

All staff were great. Very friendly and helpful and kind to us and our children. They were happy to help and tried to get us the best for our needs.

I was greeted as I entered the store by the manager Steve. He saw that I was disabled and made me feel very welcome and understood my requirements. He asked me to use the sleep pressure machine. I felt safe and the store was clean and well laid out with clear social distancing in place. Steve sanitised each bed I tried before and after. He took time and never judged my disability as an inconvenience. I wasn’t pressurised and felt able to choose the mattress that suited me and my budget. With my armed forces veteran discount the price was very affordable and the delivery slot I was offered was both free and quick. Steve’s colleague Dee too my order and payment and explained about the extension of the warranty thoroughly. A painless and first class buying experience. Thank you.

Steve immediately came to our assistance he knew exactly which mattresses we were interested in and took us straight to them. He allowed us space to browse, offered us cushions and a drink of bottled water. He was very helpful and friendly. The transaction was quick and hassel free. We expected to wait around 10 days for delivery however Steve offered it to us in 3. Very pleased, thank you.

Delivery date given was impressive. Glad that delivery will be into the property and not curbside delivery. Friendly staff and helped find the right mattress for us. Helped maximise offers available. Answered all questions fully about the mattress.
