I was made to feel comfortable in store I was checked for the best mattress to suit my sleeping position to help with any back aches. Very good choice of products and the staff were really helpful, would highly recommend.

The gentleman that served me I believe was called David. David went above and beyond to help me find the right bed for my daughter. In all the years of buying beds I’ve never had as much help as I had in store yesterday. David explained about the different mattresses and beds in store and even my 13 year old commented on how helpful David was. I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

When we walked in we were greeted lovely my dad had already been before so a gentleman called Dav/David helped us He was so obligimg patient and understanding very pleased with how he dealt with us

Steve from dreams meet us at the door , asked us what we were looking for and led us to the products to suit are needs.

As soon as we walked through the door we was greeted by alun one of the sales team he was smiling and asked if we needed help and had anything in mind . I replied I suffer with back pain and can’t stay in bed to long as pain gets worse. He then asked if we would like to go on the machine to see what mattress would suit me and my wife the best . After 3-4 min he returned and had print off . We tried a couple of different mattresses from soft to firm . He stayed with us sampling 5-6 different types. We had good laugh along the way . We spend a good 30. -40 min deciding on the right one . Alun is a credit to the company and was very pleased and how professional he is . Nothing was to much of a bother as I’m undecided and can’t make decisions straight away

Covid restrictions in place. Knowledge and help from staff Dee was excellent

On entering the store we were attended by Dee who made us feel extremely welcome. She asked us our requirements and proceeded to offer suggestions. My son was placed on the machine and the correct matterus was recommended. Dee offered us water on many occasions and gave us space to look around. She was available to answer all our questions when needed. The knowledge and service we received was amazing along with the purchase process. We would defiantly shop here again and tell all our friends. Overall best service we have received in many years. Than you Dreams
