As soon as we walked in Dee made us very welcome, she explained everything to us and left us to decide without pestering us, but was there if we needed to ask her anything. Very friendly lady.

Very good customer service with a very warm welcoming

Dee was very professional, i told her what i was looking for and she took me right to it. She provided sensible and good advice as to the best options available but allowed me to make my own decisions without hard sell. The store was well cleaned and allcovid precautions were rigourously followed.

Alun was extremely helpful and made the purchase process quick and painless!

Service was great

The lady who helped us was so lovely and offered water as it was a very warm day, she was quick with the pricing when we asked how much it would be with the discount and very friendly.

Got great help from Alun, he greated us straight away when we entered the store and he helped us throughout the entire purchase. He let us have a look at the bedframes initially, but as soon as the sleep/mattress machine got available he adviced us to try it out to get an idea of wich type of mattress to try out. Even though we had to go back and forth between a few of the mattresses he never once lost patience with us, instead he insisted that we try it out properly in the store to not have to swap it later. It didn´t seem like the only motivation he had to help us was to get paid, he truly seemed to enjoy what he does.

Simon at the Caerphilly store greeted us upon our entry, he was very friendly and welcoming and had a very professional knowledge about the products. He made the shopping trip smooth and pleasent and made sure our needs were catered for at all times.
