David your sales advisor in store was fantastic, very knowledgeable and ever so friendly and accommodating. He is a credit to your organisation and although the store was very busy provided an excellent service and dealt with every question swiftly and efficiently, and at no point were we rushed or felt like that we were asking stupid questions. First class sales man.

Alun was extremely helpful and informative. He talked us through the process and gave us lots of information about what is available to us. He also gave us time to make our decision and didn’t put any pressure on us to make any decision.

Was looked after in the store

I was meet at the door by Simon who could not have been more helpful. No heavy sales talk. Simon chatted to me, I did the Bed Sleeping assessment . Taking that and what I had said he showed me a relevant selection. Without help I would have been overwhelmed. This is the third bed I have bought at Dreams so you must be doing something right. Looking forward to sweet dreams now. Thanks

I dealt with Dee at the Caerphilly Store, South Wales on Monday 12th April 2021. What a outstanding member of staff, so friendly, efficient, and very informative. I’d be very happy with Dee as a member of my team. She was a delight and is a credit to the store in Caerphilly.

Steve, the college who served us was knowledgeable and informative. I felt he really considered my needs. We knew the bed frame we wanted but we were allowed time to browse other sections. Social distancing and hygiene was really good in store and he explained what he was doing the whole time. We were allowed to try many mattresses before making our final decision. My only disappointment which was quickly resolved was the bed came on offer a day later but when I rang customer services they put it right straight away. I was very impressed. I needed my bed to arrive a little later than the lead time and this was no issue, we could specify a date. It was the first day after lockdown the shop was open, so a nervous time for all, but we were very at ease in the store. Thank you

Sales assistant was very helpful and thoughtful

Having looked on your website we visited the Leamington store with a shortlist of 3 mattresses to try for my 16 year old son. We were served by Terry who was friendly helpful & knowledgeable & guided us to a decision on which would be best. We had another shop to visit with the intention to return the next day to place an order. However we went into Tier 4 so we're unable to return to store & instead ordered over the phone which was a quick & efficient process. As we didn't get the opportunity please pass on our thanks to Terry in the Leamington Spa store who was really helpful.
