The store assistant Dee was fantastic, we had doubts about the combination we were going for and Dee put our minds at rest by organising for the mattress to be placed on the adjustable frame we were going to combine it with. we are given the 2 pillow that we would receive to try out. We must have spent 30 min on the bed trying out the different settings and if I am totally honest I think I nodded off :) Dee checked on a few times and answered with expert knowledge on our quires. when we went to look at the order and the quotation we were not presumed into buying anything, Dee explained the insurance cover for the 3 products which we bought. when it came to the delivery Dee advised that there was not a date showing up and made us aware it could take a few weeks with we excepted. Dee did say she would check daily for us and 2 days later we had the call off her saying we had a date for this Friday with we were very happy with. Thank you Dee you are brilliant.
