Richard, who we dealt with, was an absolute joy! He didn’t judge us (2 women shopping together for a new bed) which means a lot more than you could ever imagine. He left us alone to talk between ourselves rather than staying with us at all times, didn’t pressure us into anything, and was genuinely a lovely guy

Felt very safe during my time, staff were very friendly & kept their distance & also offered drinks & listened to all our needs

The store rep was very professional and made it easy for us to find what we were looking for within our price range. Was also very impressed with the Covid controls in place. Making the order was quick and easy
