Excellent service from start to finish

We were greeted by Steve as soon as we entered the store. He was really helpful & assisted us with all our questions. We were even offered a bottle of water which was much appreciated.

Staff were excellent as soon as I arrived. Hand sanitiser was available along with protection so I could try the mattress before buying. The bed is for my son and the store assistant really understood our needs and had a vast knowledge of what was available in store. She helped me find a high quality mattress that was in the Black Friday deals along with the perfect bed with additional storage that will last him into his teens and beyond. She was also able to help with insurance cover perfect for a boy who is growing fast.

Dee was really nice and helpful during my visit

We were greeted by a lovely woman called Dee in the Caerphilly store, she was knowledgable and very welcoming. We had never been into a shop before to buy a mattress only ever ordered online so Me and my partner did the sleep match and was very happy with the level of service Dee gave us. We left the store to think about purchasing the products we had chosen and tried and returned half an hour later just before the store closed to purchase a new bed and mattress, nothing was too much for Dee and even ended up staying a little bit longer to complete the sale. She is an asset to your company and I would highly recommend Dream’s to family and friends

I always buy my bedroom furniture from Dreams in Caerphilly because of the helpfulness of the staff and the wide range of beds and mattresses. Upon arrival at the store I was immediately greeted by Richard who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Richard listened to my needs and was able to advise me on a suitable selection of beds which would suit my needs. I was given adequate time to browse and make my decision, and the ordering process was quick once I had chosen my bed. Social distancing measures were adhered to and made me feel safe during my time at the store.

The staff were extremely helpful and offered good advice without being too pushy, they also offered a number of different delivery dates and options.

Richard gave us excellent socially distanced customer service, being knowledgeable, friendly and happy. Felt completely at the store with current covid situation.
