David was very friendly and set about helping us from the moment we walked in. He took the time to find out about us and offered us the use of the machine to find the right mattress for us! This was very helpful and from there David was able to show us the mattresses that best suit our needs! We felt this helped us massively as we hadnt a clue what we wanted!! David was friendly and professional throughout our visit, even offered us a bottle of water! Nice touch... he kept his distance which we really appreciated as we are very aware of the covid situation and how important it is to adhere to the rules to keep everyone safe. Thank you david for all your help and allowing us to choose without putting any pressure on us, I hate pushy salesmen, always puts me off but david was the complete gentleman, very informative, on hand when needed and helpful and courteous throughout!!

The assistant Richard was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the options. He encouraged me to try out the bed and said he would move away for privacy when doing so which was thoughtful. There was no pressure to buy and he did explain the different options of bases and mattresses and what that meant. The social distancing was good and altogether a good experience.
