The gentleman that served me was friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and quickly found the item I wanted to purchase. I was offered a fast and free delivery service which was a fantastic help, and bonus on top.. 4 free pillows!

The member of staff who helped and served us, Dee, was very friendly and helpful and listened to our concerns and what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress by asking us questions and advising us. She was not over the top with her service and was also very polite. She also asked us a few times if we would like to have a drink of water but we politely declined. I would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends who are looking to buy a new mattress and/or bed.
