Dee at Caerphilly store was super friendly and helpful. Covid restrictions were of a high standard and all the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable,

The member of staff who helped and served us, Dee, was very friendly and helpful and listened to our concerns and what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress by asking us questions and advising us. She was not over the top with her service and was also very polite. She also asked us a few times if we would like to have a drink of water but we politely declined. I would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends who are looking to buy a new mattress and/or bed.
