Richard. Was as very knowledgable he exceeded our expectations. Was very helpful, if we had a question, he had the answer. For any quires he reassured us. If we had a retail business I would definitely have Richard leading the team.

We were greeted when we entered the store and then We were left alone to have a good browse before anybody came to help us and for me this is a huge plus. I don’t like being approached as soon as I enter the store and someone to ask me straight away what I want. When asked by Richard what we were looking for we were then ready to discuss as had been given chance to have a good look first.
