We were greeted when we entered the store and then We were left alone to have a good browse before anybody came to help us and for me this is a huge plus. I don’t like being approached as soon as I enter the store and someone to ask me straight away what I want. When asked by Richard what we were looking for we were then ready to discuss as had been given chance to have a good look first.

Alun, the staff member who assisted me, and his colleague were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt safe as Alun wore appropriate PPE and took our order behind a screen at the desk. He explained options in relation to products, cover and protection and outlined the delivery process, reassuring me that the staff who will assemble my new bed will adhere to social distancing measures and wear PPE. Alun was very friendly and helpful and I did not feel rushed through the sales process, despite me arriving late to the store near closing time. I have purchased several items from Dreams in Caerphilly over the years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and the products to be of good quality.

Sleepmatch process explained and undertaken, then Alun basically provided us with a personal shopping experience by guiding us to a selection of the most suitable products. He gave us time, listened to our needs and respected our preferences. He saw the sale through from start to finish and was friendly and responsive throughout. The availability and delivery times for our chosen items was excellent and we are looking forward to trying out our new mattress, safe in the knowledge we have 30 days to decide if its right for us. Yet to experience the delivery and mattress removal service so cannot comment on that. But so far a wonderful and personal service from Alun and Dreams - thank you
