Good, friendly service.

The gent that we dealt with at the Caerphilly store was really friendly, honest and precise. He gave us lots of options for us to make the right choice. There were no pushy sales involved which is nice as some places are not like that. Great guy and credit to dreams

I was made very welcome and taken all over the shop even upstairs , i was given a chair , to rest as i have a bad back they didnt rush me at all and even gave me a bottle of lovely ice cold wAter, i liked the fact that he didnt rush me at all even tho i know i am very undecive they were two very nice assistants which i am sure are an asset to the company, yes i will definately shop in dreams again.

Friendly welcome, asked to sanitise hands before proceeding, immediate attention, good discussion as to what my requirements were, ability to test a range of items. My brother drove me to the store and came in and both f us were asked several times whether we would like to have bottled water
