Was met straight away at the door. Had made an appointment and staff was ready for us. Everything was cleaned and we could see cleaning happening. And everything was quick with no fuss.

Both manager and sales assistant were were really courteous and knowledgable about the products and told to take as much time as we wished to test the mattresses. The sales assistant took great care to explain the procedures and sanitation process. My wife and I were really impressed
