When I entered dreams Caerphilly I had a basic idea of what I needed for myself and he staff quickly explained that there was a way for myself to know exactly which item means desighbed to which made ordering my mattress quick and easy

As soon as my family entered the store we were all requested to use the hand sanitizer at the front of the store. After a short while in the store we were ask by a member of staff if we needed any help with the mattress/pillow we wished to purchase. As we were wearing face masks the assistant asked if we would like a cold bottle of water(I was aware that all staff members in store were were visors). We were provided with good information regarding the quality of the mattresses/pillows. The assistant placed a large tissue over the bed and pillow so that my daughter could decided which product she preferred. I then noticed the assistant spraying the products after my daughter had finished with both products. The assistant quickly dealt with our purchase and I felt comfortable and safe whilst in store. I would definitely return to store as my son also liked a bed and mattress whilst browsing. I would recommend Dreams to my friends and family and have always used Dreams in the past and have been happy with the past purchases this is my reason for my return today.

Manager greeted us and handed us over to Dee who was friendly, very knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed and wanted to know. Extremely good salesperson. Store was safe to shop in and staff friendly and helpful. Would certainly go there again.
