Steve the sales rep was was very engaging with us and our needs and took the time to explain the pro's and cons whilst also taking the time and effort to go around different selections that suited our needs based on the sleepmatch we tested on. Wasn't to pushy and gave us time to walk through ourselves which was also appreciated. Overall very pleased with the service that Steve delivered to us, we are ecited to recieve our deliveryin a few days.
