We were immediately welcomed into the store and asked if we needed help, which we most certainly did. Your colleague, Steve, was fantastic. He placed us on a machine, which is amazing and we have never experienced before, which told us what beds were suitable for our individual needs - my hubby and I. Steve showed us what beds were suitable and after trying them out we made our decision. He is a great guy and was very considerate and patient with us oldies! Very excited about delivery on 8th October!

The staff were very good at their job, they maintained their social distancing and followed government guidelines. The staff allowed me the chance to explain why I needed to chance my mattress and that I had back pain, so they took this into consideration placed me on the sleep test machine and found multiple appropriate mattresses suited to me. We went around and the staff ensured that each mattress recommend to me was suitable for my back trouble which was perfect since they weren't interested in selling me the most expensive mattress. They were more interested in making sure I was buying a mattress that would support my back long term. I would highly recommend Dreams.
