Was greeted at the doorway and asked to sanatise our hands. I wanted an ottoman bed and I was directed to the location of them in the store. Very friendly helpful staff.

The staff were super friendly. They chatted to my daughter while I was completing the order, which was really helpful and considerate of them. I was super pleased about that!

Store had excellent products available in line with Covid 19 restrictions. Richard, from Porth, Caerphilly store, was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant but not pushy. Made the visit an enjoyable experience.
