Staff were very knowlegable and explained that the mattress was hand made and that's why we gave to wait until November.

The store assistant was extremely helpful.The store was very clean and was well laid out. All COVID-19 health rules were in place. Overall I enjoyed the visit .

The care given about Covid was the best I have experienced. Had no worries at all that our safety was compromised. Staff member was excellent I think his name was Andrew in the Caerphilly store
