I highly recommend Dreams, it was so easy to purchase what we wanted especially during the current situation. David from the Caerphilly branch was fab. Explained we had previously visited another store where we were put on the sleep machine to determine the best possible mattress but we were only asked to try the tempura mattresses which we were not prepared to pay for. Explained we left that store dissatisfied. David went out of his way to help us find the best mattress from all different ranges and we were able to purchase a new bed and mattress within the hour. Really helpful staff and immaculate store. All covid procedures were followed to ensure the safety of staff as well as customers. Will definitely purchase from this store again
