Very satisfied with the service we received from Edward at Cambridge Dreams. He was very knowledgeable and did not rush us to make a decision.

The sales rep Edward was brilliant and took his time with us. Highly knowledgeable and helped match budget and beds. Other staff were also friendly and far more approachable than the alternative bed stores we'd been to. The sleep machine at the beginning was useful too.

We were given loads of help in choosing what we wanted

From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel welcome by Luca. He was extremely knowledgable and stressed the advantages of a range of beds deemed to be suitable for us following the analysis of our sleep patterns. He spent a great deal of time with us, at no point hurrying us or being pushy. For such a major purchase we felt sufficiently informed to make our final decision. We returned to the store the following week and again, Luca was very patient and helpful in completing the order, delivery and installation details. We would highly recommend Dreams to anyone buying a bed and were very impressed with Luca in particular.

Edward was very knowledgeable. He was also very patient whilst we decided. Looking forward to our new mattress arriving.

Edward at Cambridge store was really helpful and friendly. We were purchasing a children's mattress he was also very good with the kids, gave them a book which kept them occupied while we completed the purchase
