The representative who helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive during our visit. He helped us find the bed that we were looking for and was helpful in walking us through the options for insuring the bed against damage as well as helping us to make the decision about whether or not to opt for professional installation. All the representatives in the store were diligent in ensuring social distancing measures and explaining in store protocol.

Nafisa who assisted us was extremely competent and professional. I need to buy another two beds in the near future and I will definitely be returning to Dreams and hopefully have Nafisa assist me again
