I was helped by Marius who showed me the different mattress types and pointed out which would be most suitable for my needs.

Ross was friendly and knowledgeable. He was professional and helpful.

Greeted by Nafisa who was smiley, warm and welcoming. Offered a hot drink (very nice coffee), throughly enjoyed the sleep match experience. Results were throughly explained and ended up buying one of the recommended mattresses plus all the’add ons’ which again were throughly esplained. She even carried round the pillows from bed to bed for us. Her colleague who placed the order was equally delighted (I cant remember her name but she has a Siamese cat). They obviously both understand how important it is to build a personal relationship with the customer is. The perfect balance between information and banter. If there is an employee of the month award they both deserve it. Enjoyed humming along to the music; only dissapointment was not to hear Queen as we have named our purchase the Freddie Mercury Memorial Mattress......ask the girls, they will explain
