Troy went out of her way to help us and was very informative about the sofa bed.

Good knowledge of mattresses and got a different bed than what we saw on line as one in store suited our needs better and looked well made

Having read through the information on the Dreams website I was fairly certain over the product we required. Our local store is in a good location with ample parking so I decided to visit and test the product. On entry I was approached by a very helpful assistant who was a good listener and quickly identified the mattress range we required. All my questions were answered well and we placed our order, I liked the offer to takeaway our old one (at a price).

The sales girl in the Cambridge branch was lovely. I even told my children this. She offered help but then left us alone to browse, as I prefer, but then was available when I had questions later. She was very friendly and we really all had a great time. My children wanted to sleep there overnight!

Ross the sales man was very nice and very helpful and definitely knew his products .he did come up with perfect beds (l hope) for us both.
