Salesperson Tobi was so friendly and helpful that it mafe the whole experience a pleasure!

I arrived at the Cambridge store with my two children and was greeted within a few minutes by Tobi. She was extremely courteous and friendly and offered drinks for the 3 of us. I think she may have recognised me from a previous recent visit and asked if another member of staff had been dealing with me. I told her I had talked to someone a few weeks ago, but that they were not in the store today and that I was going to make a purchase. As I was buying 3 mattresses and a bedframe, I told Tobi that I wanted the best deal available. She did her utmost to help and offered me mattress protectors and we also did a deal on insurance, so I was very happy with the outcome. She was also very helpful in suggesting delivery dates as I am unsure when my house purchase will be complete which is when I need the delivery. Tobi was a pleasure to deal with and the next time I go to Dreams, I will be asking for her.

Having done much research on line in choosing my bed and mattress, I required to ask several questions. This was done by telephone and the assistant was most helpful, polite and knowledgeable in completing the transaction.
