Great customer service and experience

Person who assist me was very knowledgeble, gave few advices, make some suggestion. Very helpfull.

A very pleasant experience Edward was funny and the banter flew between customer and sales assistant. He was very knowledgeable and not a pushy sales man.

Ross was very nice and professional.

I experienced my trip as being friendly and non pushy. I wandered in without necessarily and intention of buying that day but it was made easy by being given space to explore but with the option of support if and when I sought it out. The sale assistant was friendly and I thought. Hey why not! Let’s buy today. It’s a great strategy for sales haha!

We were very quickly attended to and after outlining our needs we were pointed in the correct direction saving us a great deal of time looking around

Edward assisted myself and partner with the purchase of our new bed at the Cambridge Beehive store. His knowledge and extremely helpful assistance was fantastic. We will recommend him to our family and friends. Edward was professional and answered all of our questions and he deserves to be recognised as a very valuable member of your team at Cambridge.

We had the stand I store manager attend to us (I think his name was Michael), he was very knowledgeable, he didn't make us use the machine, instead he listened to what we had to say and then gave us a few option but not too many. He wasn't pushy either.

I was greeted by Edward who was charming and helpful without being at all pushy. Attentive but gave us time to make decisions.

Edward was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He also made a great cup of tea!
