A very pleasant experience Edward was funny and the banter flew between customer and sales assistant. He was very knowledgeable and not a pushy sales man.

I experienced my trip as being friendly and non pushy. I wandered in without necessarily and intention of buying that day but it was made easy by being given space to explore but with the option of support if and when I sought it out. The sale assistant was friendly and I thought. Hey why not! Let’s buy today. It’s a great strategy for sales haha!

We had the stand I store manager attend to us (I think his name was Michael), he was very knowledgeable, he didn't make us use the machine, instead he listened to what we had to say and then gave us a few option but not too many. He wasn't pushy either.
