Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable assistant.

Marius was extremely helpful. I was able to phone ahead to check what was on the shop floor for trying and Marius took that call and greeted us when we visited in the afternoon. We tried the automated system for recommending a mattress type and we went back and forth between our favourite options. Marius was attentive, but also gave us space to try things on our own and discuss them. The store had a really nice, friendly feeling to it.

Cameron, our sales assistant, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He greeted us warmly, offered us coffee, offered us the Sleepmatch experience and helped us not only with choosing the bedframe and mattress but also with the pillows. He is an asset to your store. The whole experience was efficient and fun. I would come back again and will recommend the store to family and friends.

We originally went to Bensons for Beds to find a new mattress. We left as the sales person in the showroom followed us around, gave us no privacy and generally made us feel uncomfortable. We then went to Dreams a d found the staff to be fantastic. They were available to help if needed, but gave us the space to look around which made all the difference. The mattresses are fantastic and the delivery is very quick. The whole process was quick, comfortable and overall fantastic

Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff i had an online order go wrong so needed to reorder instore and the staff couldnt of helped solve this problem anymore than they did .

The sales assistant "Tobi" was very pleasant and most helpful. She identified mattresses that suited our requirements, provide a pillow for us to try them all out and is a credit to the store.
