Staff member was able to help with all questions and helped us source the type of mattress to go along with the bed frame. Easy and efficient.

Tobi was amazing! So friendly, empathetic and helpful. I honestly don't think we would have pushed the boat out and got a Tempur mattress if she hadn't been so knowledgeable and lovely! Dreams is so lucky to have her, she's a total asset to the store. Really patient with our young kids too. My previous experience of chainstores selling beds has not always been so great. Sometimes you get disinterested staff who are only interested in the size of your pocket! Our experience with Tobi couldn't have been more different. She made each customer feel special and valued, got our kids hot chocolate, really took the time to find out what our needs were when it came to a good mattress. She got the balance just right and was so warm and genuine. Please let her know how much she alleviated the stress of choosing the right mattress. She was amazing!
