Most polite and friendly service

Staff were knowledgeable, professional, attentive and friendly. They did not make us feel rushed.

On our visit to the cambridge store, we walked in and hit with the daunting thought of 'where do we start'. However we were promptly approached by Nafisa who asked us what we were looking for, listened and then proceeded to introduce what could be done. The Sleepmatch machine is very clever, the tea and coffee were very tasty too! Throughout our whole visit she was great, knowledgable, polite and patient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I firmly believe without the service provided, we would not have purchased our mattress and pillows! Another mention to the manager on the day too, she was very helpful, and processed our order and provided all closing information well. Thank you.

Everything displayed very clearly and plenty of staff and good discounts

From the moment we went in staff were welcoming and when we had a look around and found our bed we wanted Ross was very helpful and continued to be throughout the process of the purchase

The staff member who served us was extremely helpful and listened to our needs and we then managed to find the right product at the right price. Cameron was extremely helpful and very polite and we managed to order the bed and mattress we wanted in just under an hour.

She was very knowledgeable, warm and friendly and nothing was to much trouble, offering me drinks and allowed me time to think. I haven't purchased a new bed in years so her advice was so valuable and she listened to my wants/needs. The other staff and assistant manager was also very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to be in the environment. The mattress I choose is made to order so the only disappointment is that I have to wait a month before delivery, but it will be worth the wait if it meets all my needs and enables me to get a great night sleep.
