The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and easily matched our needs. Really friendly and listened to us, we were vey impressed with her as not to pushy and found a suitable bed.

The sales advisor was so helpful and answered any questions we had, she took the time to ask us questions to help us make our final choice.

We were welcomed into the Cambridge store by Tobi, who then left us to our own devices. The choice of mattresses is so extensive that we were a bit lost, but Tobi noticed this and came over to offer help. She suggested we try the Sleep Match, which selected three mattresses suitable for our requirements. We tried all three and decided on the one we thought would suit us best. We then looked at bed bases and headboards. At no time were we pressured or hurried, and Tobi was knowledgeable and courteous. She made us coffee and suggested we tried our chosen mattress for a little while longer. We were in the store for about an hour - the whole visit was unlike anything we have ever experienced in a large national business. We were not pounced on by salespeople trying to up their commission nor pressured into buying something we did not think was quite right. We would nominate Tobi for a Salesperson of the Year award, if you have such a thing. We are looking forward to receiving our purchase, and many restful nights' sleep!

The assistant in the store (Tobi) was absolutely brilliant in all aspects, very helpful a very pleasant person to deal with.

Cameron was very informative and friendly and approaching, inviting us to try the sleep master to determine our most suitable mattress. After this he then took us through all the suitable options as well as appropriate pillows. He made us feel very comfortable, helpfully guiding us to the the best mattress and pillows; then helping with choice of a frame. Great member of your team, we didn’t expect that level of help.
