We were treated very well and the assistant, Marius was very courteous and very knowledgeable about the product were were buying, he offered us a cup of coffee whilst in store, and was very friendly, he answered all of our questions, and the overall experience was very pleasant

Ross was very helpful and friendly, and had a great knowledge of the products, and was able to provide recommendations for what we required

Cameron was very knowledgable and offered us the sleep match service as me and my husband were unsure of what mattress type to be looking for. Cameron listened to what we wanted and made some very helpful suggestions, he showed us three different mattresses based on the sleep match all of which would have been good options. He also helped us with the luxury divan as we were originally looking at a much more expensive option, he explained the mix and match option which really appealed to us. Overall a very polite and friendly person and we left with a complete bed and pillows too which we hadn't thought about during the visit!

Ross gave us his undivided attention and was quick to give us the answers we needed to know and even offered further information and advice we did not know about and didn't think to ask. The other staff were friendly and helpful, and offered us a hot drink as it had been raining and was cold outside. the store looked bright and fresh, and was clean throughout. we would definitely return to this store.

From the moment we walked in the service was fantastic, knowledgable helpful staff that didnt hassle to get a sale, we were left to decide after all the advice was given. It was a very pleasant shopping experience, i did tell them in store how pleased we were with how they conducted their sales etc.
