We received one of the best customer experiences we have seen in a long time. Very professional with excellent product knowledge, good product recommendation and addressed us by our names throughout. We were even offered a cup of tea. We left purchasing a bed we were very happy with.

Staff member who dealt with myself and my partner was very informative and friendly. As soon as we walked through the door we wasnt approached straight away (positive aspect), but was actually allowed to browse around before being asked for any help.

The assistant Marion went out of his way to help and was incredibly understanding of my special needs sons wishes. His patience and manner was excellent. The bed that you lie in to get your profile is an excellent idea and for someone with special needs helped the decision making process. The offer of a drink was a nice touch to. Cleanliness was excellent also in the toilet which was well thought out for someone in a wheelchair.

As soon as I entered the stored Marius approached me offering to help with choosing the right mattress. There was a lot of choice and the store was very clean. Ordering was quick and easy.

My initial visit to browse was made super easy by a friendly and knowledgable sales advisor. We used the dreams tester and this helped us to understand our needs.

Nafisa was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She gave me time to think but was also very attentive.

Tobi came to us in the store and carefully assessed what we were looking for in a mattress. She suggested that we try different ones to see which felt the best, but was not pushy and gave us time to make our decision. Very happy with the layout of the store and the friendliness of the staff.

Was greeted politely. Offered good advise. Very good knowledge of product and understanding what I needed. Went straight to the correct item. Was offered a very good cup of tea.
