It was an excellent experience. The staff were highly knowledgeable and helpful- presenting options but not being pushy. Evaluating different mattresses was an interesting process and there was plenty of choice. The delivery times were surprisingly short (3 wks) compared to the 16 weeks other vendors were offering.
