I was purchasing my first bed for my first home and had no clue where to start, however Vicky approached us after a minute or so which I appreciated because if I was to be jumped on as soon as I’d walked through the door I’d have panicked. She guided me through each step and the entire thing felt very personal and like she had all the time in the world for me.

Tobi greeted us and listened carefully to our requirements. She showed a good product knowledge. She offered us tea/coffee. The sales and delivery process was fully explained. The Comfort Guarantee and insurance policy was clearly explained. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Went in, was welcomed and said what I was looking for and it all followed on swiftly from there
