Mariusz, the sales assistant was very professional and knowledgable. He walked me through all the various options to find the bed of my DREAMS. Having visited Bensons For Beds beforehand, I had a terrible experience with their sales assistant (she wears a headscarf and glasses, you know who I mean!). She was so rude and not helpful at all. Don't start by asking me what my budget is. Just show me what you got! Mariusz instantly made me feel at ease and was not pushy. He even offered me a coffee, which I did not get at Bensons for Beds!

Ross was very helpful and knowledgeable - also very patient while i moved from one mattress to another whilst trying to decide which one to purchase. The sleep analysing machine is really good. I can't wait to receive my mattress on Thursday and hopefully start getting a better night's sleep!

We got the information we needed from a highly competent salesman. After an opportunity to try the mattresses, we were happy to place an order.

I was offered non pressured help and information. I was assisted with the mattress assessment machine. I was left to make up my own mind. I was then helped efficiently and quickly with my purchase.

Staff came to me almost straight away and provided assistance, gave a couple of options on the product I wanted as well as in the price range I was looking at. Offered tea and coffee during the visit and were really friendly.
