There was someone available to help me immediately, they knew the stock well and could show me exactly the products I was looking for and clearly had a good knowledge of the products. The ordering process was quick and efficient, and the lady who helped us throughout was a delight - friendly, but professional and very helpful. Could not have been better.

The guy who dealt with us, Ross, could not of been any more helpful. A good knowledge of the products and was in no way pushy with his sale. He offered hot drinks whilst we was in store and just made us feel very comfortable whilst we chose what is a big decision item. Can't fault our experience at all. Using the dreams sleepmatch device made the whole process of choosing the mattress so much easier. Impressive machine!!!!!
