The sales assistant Tobi was incredibly warm and patient and it really didn't feel like we were being pressured or rushed into anything and she advised us to take our time before comitting

We were greated upon arrival and Ross dealt with us quickly and efficiently, starting with the sleep master to help us choose a suitable mattress for both my wife and I. After which he made a lovely cuppa for us whilst he explained the differences in mattress’. He listened clearly to what we were looking for and was able to assist with the right balance of friendliness/professionalism.

Good range and availability of Products at good prices. Friendly Staff, Ease of ordering and good selection of payment options. Good range of additional services I.E old bed removal. Good range of delivery times to suit.

Tonia (sp?) was very helpful. Never tried to push me into a decision. I had in fact visited the day before but close to closing time and she told me not to make a decision then, to come back when there was more time. And when i did return she remembered my name and greeted me. top marks to her.

Nafisia was fantastic! Extremely helpful and friendly without feeling awkward, best sales person we have come across in shopping for our new home : )

Ross our customer adviser was friendly and extremely helpful and had a wide range of product knowledge, so we felt we were getting exactly what we were looking for at the right price. Once we had chosen, he led us through the delivery and payment stages very smoothly so we weren't hanging around in the store too long. A really excellent experience thanks to our great customer adviser and his superb service.
