Dreams - Cambridge

My husband & i had a very good experience at Dreams in Cambridge. I have called in advance to ensure that the store had the sleep match, as we needed advice with purchasing a new mattress. The sales assistant was very good and spent lots of time with us. He gave us lots of information & didn't rush us. He's knowledge was good which helped us decide on our purchase.

Got what we wanted

I walked in a was greeted straight away, and offered a drink. stated telling one of the staff members what I was looking for and he was happy to help me find the perfect bed frame and mattress.

Friendly and very helpful

Nafisa was friendly and helpful and spent time making sure that we had all the info we needed to make our decision.

Overall great experience and was very happy with the staff member who assisted us.

Staff readily available to help, listened to what I wanted and showed me available products.

Tobi approached us and explained how the sleep technology worked..this was very interesting and helped narrow down our search. Tobi was so attentive and helped us throughout the visit
