The colleague, Nafisa, who assisted us was great. Offered us tea & coffee, showed us numerous beds, and was just generally friendly. The sleep match technology was also great to try out and get some feedback from as part of the sales process.

Nafisia was hugely helpful in our decision to buy a new mattress and bed frame. we'd previously bought online through a discount website which served its own purpose but the feeling of having the sleep exam and understanding which mattress best suits myself and my partner was great. Looking forward to our first night in the new comfy bed!
