The deals in store were clearer than online. I saw everything I wanted to see, but more importantly Nafisa was an excellent rep. She was involved and informative when we needed her to be but left us alone when we wanted to discuss without needing to be asked.

Customer service was exemplary, the Dreams Colleague (Tobi) was knowledgeable, offered relevant and clear advice and was very friendly. She was not pushy and did not feel like a salesperson, the whole experience was excellent.

The staff was very friendly, well informed and gave us plenty of time to test the mattresses and discuss our options. You often find pushy sales assistants who make you uncomfortable, while here the attitude was completely the opposite, which we appreciated. We were very pleased with the products and environment as well. The value for money relationship is good, especially during sales.

Ross was very helpful. He greeted me when I arrived and took time to find out what I was looking for. He matched me with a pillow similar to the one I have at home so that when I tried out the mattresses I'd get a more accurate idea of what they might feel like, and he put me on the sleep match machine to identify the type of mattress that would suit me best. It's obvious he has a good knowledge of all the products on sale, and he was able to use his knowledge to help me home in on the most suitable mattress and bed frame. I'm confident that, with Ross's help, I've chosen the right products for me. Thank you, Ross!
