Dreams - Cambridge

We found in Nafisia a very compentent, friendly and available seller. We came only for a pillow and we came out with what we really need for.

Very friendly and helpful staff, directing to what you want and need

Our customer service representative (Nafisa) was very friendly, gave us all the information we needed yet space to confer between ourselves. She also seemed to have an excellent, rounded knowledge of the product offering

On entering the store we were greeted by Vicky and asked did we need assistance which at the time we didn't as we were just browsing. Vicky told us to contact her should we need further assistance and then left us to continue our shopping experience. A while later we approached Vicky for advice on our particular choice of bed and she was able to locate exactly what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions and went on to offer us refreshments, which we declined. Overall a great shopping experience and we were more than happy to place our order The only downside was the delivery window scheduled for mid October which was outside of Vicky's control

Helpful assistance, cheerful atmosphere

On arrival we were left to look round first, which I prefer. The assistant (Ross)then approached us to offer help which he did He was not pushy, just really helpful and didn't rush us at all while we spent quite a long time deciding on the mattresses that were advised from Sleepmatch. I was impressed that he also helped us with pillows which is something I wouldn't have thought about!

The lady that helped us, called Vicky was lovely, we mentioned which products we were interested in and she knew exactly where they were, the mattress and the base and where in the shop the specific colour we wanted was so we could see it. She helped with a query of delivering the product as its a new house and all confusing with the address. She was very nice and explained everything well! We were so happy that we were able to try the exact mattress that we found online and see the base and headboard as well.

After visiting 3 stores before this Dreams store I was pleasantly surprised by your store colleague called Tobi. A nice smile and hello followed by a knowable conversation about the difference between sprung and normal slats! I believe that a lot of stores could learn a lot from this lady?!

The girl that Sever me, Toni was really friendly and chatty, so nice to experience, she was very helpful. Also showed me a different price ranges and didn’t try to talk me I to buying the most expensive bed and mattress.

Very helpful sales person. Obviously highly knowledgeable on beds and very pleasant to deal with.
