Tobi was really helpful and spent a lot of time talking to us and helping us make a decision. For us, a bed is an expensive purchase as we wanted to know we had got it right. Tobi kindly and professionally saw to our needs and encouraged us without being at all pushy. The sleep match technology helped us to know what kind of mattress we wanted. There was a good range of price options in store too.

The gentleman that assisted us understood our brief and instantly showed a variety of options and what would be best for us. We were made to feel very comfortable being offered tea/coffee/water. All round pleasant and painless experience!
