The gentleman that assisted us understood our brief and instantly showed a variety of options and what would be best for us. We were made to feel very comfortable being offered tea/coffee/water. All round pleasant and painless experience!

When we approached the staff, Ross a member of staff described the options clearly and went to the point following a very comprehensive selection approach yet simple with relatively few questions. I was surprised how quickly we managed to find a suitable bed with an excellent match to our needs. It was a satisfying and easy purchase.
