Dreams - Cambridge

From the moment that we entered the store, Vicky was very helpful and friendly towards us. We were taken through the steps of the Dreams Sleepmatch system and then guided through a series of mattresses within a given price and comfort range. I feel that Vicky greatly understood our needs and did not hesitate when given the set of criteria for our mattress. Throughout the process we were offered a drink, had very friendly conversation and were shown different bed frames. As a polite gesture we were also given some free pillows, I am extremely grateful for her assistance and polite attitude towards customers. You should hire more people like her!

The assistant was very helpful and friendly. She ensured that we were aware of all the products that satisfied our requirements before proceeding to our purchase. We were very well taken care of.

I saw the bed on the website and came to the store in Cambridge to see it real. The store assistant he was very helpful, shown me the bed explained everything helped with the mattress too. He also suggested if I need assembly the bed too which I forgot about this so it was good he asked. He put everything to the order and gave me the options of delivery dates which I selected one. Over all it was very quick and easy.

At first I was sceptical of the machine that checks our sleep posture etc, however it was spot on. Nafisia then knew exactly where to find the appropriate mattresses for me to try. She then talked me through the ordering process clearly, answering any questions that I had along the way.

My wife and I were greeted by Nafisa, in the Dreams Cambridge store. She offered us hot drinks and water upon our arrival. She kindly listened to our requests and took us to the Sleepmatch machine. She guided us through the whole process, and was careful enough to choose the right pillows so we could try the beds in a more "real" experience. We liked the pillows so much that we ended up taking them in our first visit, and came back one week later (after measuring our new room adequately) to purchase the mattress and bed. We are very happy with the service and confident that we chose a good product. Props to Nafisa who made us feel very comfortable and was patient enough during the whole process.

Ross was very friendly and professional, with excellent knowledge of different mattresses and products. He made us feel at ease and gave us time to make a decision. We were in another bed shop that morning, and after the excellent service Ross gave us the previous week motivated us to leave and go to Dreams.

The first time I went into your Cambridge store, I was served by Ross, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went back a few days later with my husband and was served by Nafisa- again she was very helpful and friendly.
