From the moment we walked into store Vicky was very friendly and eager to assist. She had a lot of information on each option that was narrowed down for us and quickly determined our needs. We were given sufficient time to discuss and make a decision before going ahead and placing an order. We are very much looking forward to receiving our order!

Very helpful assistant (Nafisa) who was happy to answer questions and show me different mattresses based upon the recomendations so that I could try them for comfort. Also able to help with old mattress collection and other miscellaneous items.

I visited Dreams Cambridge twice, once to browse and complete the mattress machine test, and following a review of other companies, I returned to Dreams to make a purchase. I was very impressed by the warm welcome I received. I loved the mattress machine test, I felt I was armed with the right knowledge to shortlist the mattresses that would suit me. I was very happy to be served coffee on both visits, that's only ever happened when I bought my car. I liked my shop assistant very much. She gave advice but didn't pressure me into buying any particular mattress. She was friendly but not too chatty, she knew when to give me space to browse and discuss with my family, and when to offer guidance. If I hadn't received such great service which made me comfortable with my final choice, I probably would have just bought a random mattress online, and risk making the wrong choice. Buying my mattress at dreams was one of the best retail experiences of my life. I didn't expect such good customer service.

Ross was very helpful and didn't rush us at all while we were making our decision. He showed us lots of different options, took time to explain the differences in the beds and was extremely patient while we made our choice.

Tobi the sales assistant were spot on finding us the perfect needs for our new home. She is well trained, efficient and very kind towards us. My daughters even said they had the best hot chocolate ever consumed! Well done to all store. We were very pleased in spending our shopping day there.

Excellent service by Ross , the installation is a little expensive

Staff member was friendly and helpful. Was greeted and offered a drink and was not pressured in anyway. Was given time to look around ourselves and have help when needed. She had a good knowledge and understanding. Sales colleague was Nafisa she made the whole experience comfortable and made us feel at ease. Also tried out the sleepmatch which was a good idea.

Customer service was excellent.. Navigation in store terrible, stores felt beige and out of the 1980s.. hard to find information quickly with a sales assistant
