Vicky was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products you sell. She had us very relaxed and informed us of our requirements after going on the bed machine. She even had my husband relaxed walking round with a pillow under his arm trying out all the beds without worrying about seeing anyone he knows, which made the other girls in store giggle. We tried almost every bed in store. We were provided with a lovely cup of coffee whilst going through and placing our order. I cannot fault the customer service in this store. Excellent service.

Better service than John Lewis, comprehensive product knowledge of Tempur range. Enabled us to select the most suitable mattress.

I readily got assistance after I entered the store. The Sleepmatch provided me with the right choice of matresses, which I then could test with a pillow of my choice. The decision was made very easy for me because of the excellent assistance I got.

Marius was a credit to salesmanship. Very professional, patient and good at his job. Only went in to have a look and ended up leaving with a new bed which was down to his professionalism.
