Nafisa who served us was friendly knowledgable and understood what we wanted. She explained what she was checking when we tested out the mattress and the added benefit of trying the right pillow with the matress was very good!

Friendly staff members, quick and easy transaction. We were given bottles of water within 5 minutes of being in store and we were helped throughout our time in store.

The staff were very helpful with a good product knowledge taking me to all products that were advised to me. The only issue was the sale product was not shown to me but this was understandable as you are a business that needs to make money. Very friendly and helpful.

The store was clean and products were well displayed. We were approached by members of the sales team who offered assistance if needed. We were also welcomed with a cup of coffee. Once we had decided which item we wanted to purchase, the process was smooth and hassle free.
